Manure Standards – Advanced manure standards for sustainable nutrient management and reduced emissions

Manure is a valuable resource but also a risk for emissions. It should be managed efficiently to make use of the valuable nutrients and to minimise emissions. Manure Standards was a project providing farmers, advisors, authorities and policy-makers enhanced capacity to govern and to turn manure use towards improved sustainability and resource-efficiency.

Flagship The Manure Standards project received an EU Strategy for the Baltic Sea Region Flagship status for Policy Area Bioeconomy.
