Collection and storage of personal information is organized by the UBC Sustainable Cities Commission (Privacy Policy).
What personal information do we collect, for what purpose and through what technical means, how is it stored?
The data of the register is based on the information provided by the users submitting their good practices, technical solutions, tools, innovations, expert profiles via webforms. The personal details of the register are kept confidential and accessible only by authorized personnel. The personal data collected can include: name, surname, title, organization, address, e-mail address, photos.
The collected personal data and all information related is stored on our servers.
Who has access to your information and to whom is it disclosed?
All users are invited to share information about their cases (good practices, technical solutions, tools, innovations) and expertise (expert profiles) through the Baltic Smart Water Hub. The information shared via the designated fields in the webform is reviewed by the Hub experts and is afterwards published on the website.
Personal information of the submitters of cases:
- Name, surname, title, organization, address are published on the website.
- Email is used by the Hub experts for contacting the submitter of cases.
Personal information of the submitters of expertise:
- Name, surname, title, organization, address are published on the website.
- Email is published on the website for users to be able to contact the expert.
How can you verify, modify or delete your information?
In case you wish to alter the published personal information, or verify which personal data is stored on your behalf by the responsible controller, have it modified, corrected or deleted, please contact info@balticwaterhub.net. The data providers have the right to check the information that they have sent, edit/update it or request to delete it.
