Over 20 years of experience in development, content management and coordination of large scale and notable complexity urban development projects in the Riga City Municipality within the fields of urban planning, climate resilience and sustainable development with the key focuses on natural, holistic and sustainable stormwater management and promotion of nature-based solutions.

Education: MGeog in Urban Planning (University of Latvia) and MSc in Economics (University of Latvia), lecturing at the University of Latvia in the fields of strategic management of urban development, project management, sustainable mobility planning and other fields.
